I picked a blooming flower
That wasn’t finished growing
Her head was held up high
I found my true self showing
She taught me more than life
She made me come around
I’m not so strong without this one
I fell, I’ve hit the ground
For what I find with her, you see
Is beauty not yet found
She’ll go great lengths to undiscover
Her first insight, the star crossed lover
But what you’ll see with this young dreamer
Is purely fashioned untrimmed humor
Her laugh is water, I need it bad
She is the best dream that I’ve ever had
She has four songs and doesn’t know it
She makes me sing and be a poet
I can’t convey how deep I’ve gone
This lovely flower stands too strong
Paint me a picture of what I miss
Her detailed stories
That pulse-shattering kiss
I’ll never be sure if she really knew
I loved everything; the way she called me ‘Roo’
to every memory that I still play in
I will always remember her heart verbatim.
